All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Remaining balances are due in person via Cash or Zelle only.
Cards, Cash App, and other forms of payment are not accepted at this time

πŸ“… Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-call/no-shows must pay a $50 rebooking fee before being accepted again.

  • Reschedules made with proper notice can transfer their deposit to a future date within 30 days.

⏱️ Arrival Policy

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

  • Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in appointment cancellation and loss of deposit.

🧴 Service Prep & Add-Ons

  • If you require a takedown, detangling, or additional prep, please add it to your service when booking.

  • Failing to book necessary add-ons may reduce service time or require rescheduling with a new deposit.

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no additional guests or children are allowed during your appointment unless being serviced.

  • Hair is available for purchase in advance or can be added to eligible extension appointments.

  • If bringing your own hair, it must be clean, dry, and ready for install.
